Frame-by-frame comparison locates every cut. A feature yields hundreds of shots, each logged with in and out timecodes. No manual marking required.
Representative keyframes from each scene, tiled into one timecoded sheet. Shot sizes, lighting and rhythm read off a single image, and the sheet exports with the report.
Local subtitles are read first; without them, speech is transcribed automatically. Lines are filed to their shots by timecode and can be corrected before analysis begins.
Draft scenes are generated from shot boundaries and dialogue, with merge, split and boundary adjustment available. Analysis proceeds once you confirm.

Reading, shot detection, keyframe extraction, contact sheet assembly and report generation all run locally. Only the dialogue text and contact sheet images required for analysis are sent to the model service; when a film has no subtitles, an audio track is sent for transcription as well.
